Keltron provides a range of technical support and services as part of our commitment to overall system integrity. Annual contracts for telephone technical support are available. Keltron provides the following support and services for our systems and components:

Field service
Field service trips begin and end at Keltron's headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts and include travel time and expenses. Please contact the sales department for quotes on field services at 781-894-8710 X2054 or send email to sales@keltroncorp.com.

In-house repair
Before sending items to the factory for repair, Keltron requires that all customers call or email the service department to obtain an RMA number. Please call the support and services department at 781-894-8710 X2077 or send email to support@keltroncorp.com.

For non-warranty repairs, Keltron will provide an estimate of the cost for approval prior to completing the repair. Actual repair, labor and parts will be invoiced. Should you elect not to repair any item for which an estimate of repair was provided, you will be charged an inspection fee. A credit card or purchase order (for pre-qualified customers) must be provided in advance for the inspection.

All overseas shipments are subject to charges for preparation of customs declarations and shipping papers for each shipment of an order. This does not include any special packaging, licensing or other costs that these orders may incur.

Telephone support
Keltron provides technical support for its products by telephone, billed per call in 15-minute increments, credit card or prepayment only.

Standard support hours
Keltron technical support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
