Waltham, Mass., March 1, 2015 – Keltron Corporation, a leading manufacturer of life safety event management systems, announced today the appointment of Mark Brandstein as company President, a move that will provide experienced leadership and enable long-term growth.

With more than 30 years of sales, marketing and operations management experience in established and start-up technology companies, Brandstein brings vision and leadership to the 50-year-old company. He comes to Keltron from UltraCell, a clean tech company where he served as President and CEO. Prior to that, he was COO of AES Corporation, a radio frequency technology alarm communications company. His prior work includes a series of senior management positions in sales, marketing and operations at telecommunications, healthcare, energy, government, electronic security, and other industry enterprise and start-up companies.

Brandstein holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is on the Board of Directors at UltraCell and on the Board of Advisors at AstraID, a cybersecurity technology company.
