Keltron offers a range of repair services including warranty and off-warranty repairs. Before sending any equipment to Keltron for repair, all customers must call or email the Support department to obtain an RMA number.
For non-warranty repairs, Keltron must have a credit card on file or, for pre-qualified customers, a purchase order. We will provide a cost estimate for approval, prior to completing the repair. Actual repair, labor and parts will be invoiced when approved. If you elect not to repair an item for which an estimate of repair was provided, Keltron will charge an inspection fee.
All overseas shipments are subject to charges for preparation of customs declarations and shipping papers for each shipment of an order. This does not include any special packaging, licensing or other costs that these orders may incur.
